Mounting Accessories For ISO/Airtac/Mini Air Cylinder  

Airtac cylinder mounting accessories are the same as ISO cylinder accessories, but the implementation standards are different, especially the tail mounting accessories, such as CA, CB, SDB, and FA/FB flange brackets, etc., have slightly different installation dimensions.

Special attention: cylinder accessories of different standards must not be mixed, otherwise the mounting holes will be dislocated. For the connection accessories of the piston rod end, such as Y clevis rod ends, rose joint, floating joint, etc., ISO standard and Airtac standard can be used interchangeably.

Unlike ISO cylinder mounting accessories, Airtac cylinder accessories are mostly made of lower cost cast iron, while ISO cylinder mounting accessories are mostly made of lightweight aluminum alloy.

ISO pneumatic cylinder mounting accessories are essential mounting hardware when connecting and installing pneumatic cylinders. Our ISO cylinder mounting accessories are basically suitable for all ISO15552 or ISO6431 standard cylinders.

ISO cylinder mounting accessories include CA male bracket, CB female bracket, SDB hinge mounting bracket and other cylinder base mounting accessories, as well as flange brackets for front and rear cover, TC Trunion mounting bracket, and Y Clevis rod ends for cylinder rod end connection, rose joints, floating joints, etc.

The selection of cylinder accessories should be based on the actual installation location and required functions. If you need to rotate after passing the cylinder tail, you can choose CA, CB, SDB, if it is fixed, you can choose FA/FB flange. 

There is a big difference in appearance between the Mini cylinder mount accessories and the Standard ISO and Airtac Cylinder mounting accessories. Because the bores of mini air cylinders are relatively small, the matching cylinder mounting accessories are also smaller.

It is worth noting that the rod end joints of the mini cylinder is the same standard as the ISO cylinder, so it can be used interchangeably with it. Just need to pay attention to the corresponding bore size.

Mounting accessories for the mini cylinders include: LB foot mounting bracket, SDB hinge bracket, FA flange bracket, and cylinder clevis mount. Rod end accessories are the same as other cylinders.
