Installation Attentions

When product is installed, please abide with the following matters：
*Before installation, it must cut off the connection with valve, actuator and all input signals and gas source signals of other surrounding accessories
*In order to avoid system shutdown, the contirol valve should be isolated by bypass-valve or
similar device.
*Actuator interior can’t leave empty pressure.The necessary tools when installation

When installation the necessary tools and screws are as follows：
1.Hexagon handle(according to the necessary size
2.Cross screwdriver
3.Straight screwdriver
4.Wrench of hex bolt head

YT-1000L Installation

YT-1000L is used in the straight trip (straight line shape) valve.Such as spring returning type diaphragm actuators or piston actuator straightway valve, actuator rod up and down straight type motion valve and the like.

YT-1000L Spare parts as below. Before installation of YT-1000L, please confirm the following parts

3.Hold-down nut (Installed below the main body principal axis of YT-100L)

YT-1000R Installation

YT-1000R is applied on the angular travel valvee.90 degree rotary type valve is used on the ball valve butterfly valve and others.
